The fee includes all workshops, workshop materials and 12 nights' room and board at the Samasati Retreat Center, plus:

The fee is dependent on your choice of rooms. All rooms are private.

• Guest Houses with shared baths, 4-5 women
  pay in full by June 10, 2006: $3150,
  otherwise the Guest Houses are $3350

• Bungalow with shared bath, 2 women
  pay in full by June 10, 2006: $3450,
  otherwise the shared bungalows are $3650
  
  
• Deluxe bungalow with private bath: 1 woman (three one available)
  pay in full by June 10, 2006: $3900,
  otherwise the deluxe bungalows are $4100
  

The retreat is limited to 20 women. A $200 non-refundable deposit will hold your place.
Please take notice of the following payment schedule:

• December 1, 2005: $500
• March 1, 2006: $1000
• June 10, 2006: remainder is due in full in order to take advantage of the $200 (or $400) savings,
• Or June 10, 2006: the remainder is due, with the the other half due on August 1, 2006. There are no savings if you choose this payment option.

There are no refunds or transfers. If you are unable to join the retreat of if you leave the retreat for any reason, no money is refundable. Travel insurance, taken out with your first payment, is highly recommended to protect you against loss due to illness or other emergencies that prevent you from participating.

All tours, accommodations and transportation are the sole responsibility of the actual providers, (Samasati Retreat Center and the bus and tours it supplies, etc.) We provide no insurance concerning, and have no liability to you, for any of their services. By signing up for the retreat, you are releasing Writing, Creativity and Ritual and Emily Hanlon and her employees of all responsibility for any damages that may occur by reason of the tours, accommodations and transportation.
