The retreat is limited to 20 women. A $300 non-refundable deposit will hold your place. Half the fee plus the $650 for the optional post-retreat trip is due no later than May 15, 2004. This payment is non-refundable, unless the retreat is filled from the waiting list. The remainder of the fee must be paid by June 25, 2004 and there will be no refunds after that date. If you leave the retreat for any reason, no money is refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended. to protect you against loss due to illness or other emergencies that prevent you from participating..

All tours, accommodations and transportation are the sole responsibility of the actual provider, i.e. Blacktail Ranch, etc. We provide no insurance concerning, and have no liability to you, for any of their services. By signing up for the retreat, you are releasing us of all responsibility for any damages that may occur by reason of the tours, accommodations and transportation.

The following are not included in the retreat fee:

• Taxi fare from Great Falls airport to the Ranch and back: $55 roundtrip; $30 if you are going on the trip to Glacier National Park.

• Lunches and any entrance fees when we go off the ranch exploring during the retreat.

• Ranch activities such as horseback riding ($25 per hour) and cave tours ($15 per person).

• Gratuities.
